The woodpile
Since Carolyn mentioned the woodpile earlier today, I figured a picture would be in order. And many thanks to the wood crew from church who helped provide for a warm winter for our family.

[...] Summer is slipping away quickly and it won’t be long before cold weather returns. Yesterday Kevin and the four oldest boys spent their day, along with several friends from church, splitting wood in preparation for our long Michigan winter. All of the hard work that was done will be greatly appreciated this winter as we enjoy the warmth of the fire in our woodstove. Well, to me that sure looks like a whole lot of work….
Dad & I just got home from the West Foster Care Home… we had exactly the same number of people in the home service as our morning service…. 8…. praise the Lord.
